Limitlex Technologies Limited ("Limitlex", "we") is a technology company headquartered at Limitlex House, Umuahia, Abia State, Nigeria. This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through this website.

When you contact us we collect your name, work email, company, phone number if given, the budget and timeline you choose, project details and any files you attach. If you sign up for the newsletter we collect your email address. With each form we keep the wording you agreed to, the time, your IP address and browser type, as a record of your consent. We do not ask for sensitive personal data.

We use these details to reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and, if you become a client, deliver and bill the agreed services. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email address to send it until you unsubscribe.

We process enquiry and newsletter data, and use analytics cookies, with your consent and, for clients, to perform our contract, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

We do not sell personal data. We use trusted providers for email, file storage and payments, who process data only on our instructions. If you accept analytics cookies, Google processes the usage data described under Cookies.

When you choose Accept or Reject on the cookie banner, we set two essential cookies for 12 months: one remembers your choice, the other is a random id that links it to our record of your consent. Your light or dark theme is kept in your browser, not in a cookie.

With your consent we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site: the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location, your device, browser and screen size, and how long you stay. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (named _ga), which last up to 2 years. It loads only after you choose Accept. If you choose Reject, or make no choice, it never loads, and choosing Reject later removes its cookies.

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

We keep enquiry details for 24 months when no engagement follows. If you become a client, client and financial records are kept for 6 years, and contracts and audit logs for the length of the contract plus 6 years.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@limitlextechnologies.com. We respond within the period required by law.
